I usually guzzle down detox smoothies because of the taste, BUT the coconut water adds an unexpected pleasant sweetener to this combination. Win win!! I’ve been using this recipe throughout the week. Ingredients listed below.
Ingredients
Kale, a handful (washed)
Lime, x 1/2 (Juiced)
Ginger, x 1 thumb (peeled and roughly chopped)
Cucumber, x 1/4 (roughly chopped)
Coconut water, x 1/2 a cup
Directions
I suggest roughly chopping the hard texture ingredients for the sake of your blender.
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and turn it on for 1 minute or until the ingredients have been blended into a near enough refined liquid.
Drink immediately (this is the preferred option), or chill in the fridge and consume later.
